Nischit started his career in the late 90s where he upgraded desktop computers to Windows 98 and later to Windows 2000. In the early 2000s, he moved into the role of a systems and network engineer, designing and implementing local and wide area networks for large organizations. As his career grew, he enrolled at UMGC to obtain his B.Sc in Information Assurance. Nischit used the knowledge from his years as a network and systems engineer, and his degree to move into the information security field. He took his CISSP in 2008, which allowed him the opportunity to build his experience in the information security field, where later he obtained his M.Sc in Information Assurance from Capitol Technology University. Throughout his career, Nischit has also designed courses, and taught for multiple colleges and universities. With his love for helping people understand both the I.T field and security, he started Argotis in 2013.

Allen joined Argotis in 2015 to help guide the company in its strategic vision. He brings more than two decades of project and business management experience, 40+ successfully completed projects, and an education in business administration under his belt. He is also a member of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society, and the Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society for Business Administration Management.
